Sigma Alerts provides a subscription-based trading signals platform that delivers real-time and scheduled alerts for Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs) including but not limited to TQQQ, SQQQ, TZA, TNA and other leveraged and non-leveraged ETF instruments.

Our service includes:
– Real-time and scheduled ETF trading signals delivered via the platform, email, or mobile notifications
– Signal history and performance tracking dashboard
– Market analysis and commentary
– Community access (where applicable)
– Educational content related to ETF trading strategies

Our signals are generated using proprietary algorithmic models and/or analyst input. They are provided strictly for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute personalized financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument.

3. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

– Be at least 18 years of age
– Be legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your country or jurisdiction
– Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
– Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our service is prohibited or restricted by law

By registering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility and terminate accounts that do not comply.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access our subscription services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, valid email address, and payment details.

4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials including your username and password. You must notify us immediately at support@sigmalerts.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

4.3 One Account Per User
Each subscriber is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits, free trials, or any other restriction is strictly prohibited.

4.4 Account Sharing
Sharing your account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited. Accounts found to be shared will be suspended without refund. Each subscription is for individual use only.

5. Subscription Plans and Pricing

5.1 Available Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:

5.2 Automatic Renewal
All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of any price changes via email. Continued use of the service after the new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5.4 Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, no charges will be made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will automatically activate and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards and any other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

6.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not successfully processed within 7 days, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure that prevented access to the service.

7.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is considered a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform including but not limited to trading signals, algorithms, reports, analysis, graphics, logos, and software is the exclusive intellectual property of Sigmalerts and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content for your own personal, non-commercial trading purposes only.

9.3 Prohibited Use
You may not:
– Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any signals or content
– Resell or sublicense access to any part of the service
– Scrape, mine, or extract data from our platform using automated tools
– Use our content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent
– Share signals in public forums, social media, Telegram groups, or any other channel

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
